We’re looking for an experienced Bar Manager / Front of House Manager to lead our front-of-house team and help deliver an outstanding guest experience every day.
If you’re a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment, we’d like to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach bartenders, servers, hosts, and support staff
- Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve customer concerns professionally
- Schedule and manage front-of-house labor
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new team members
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining room and bar
- Monitor food and beverage quality and service standards
- Manage opening and closing procedures
- Help drive sales, team performance, and profitability
- Ensure compliance with liquor laws, health regulations, and company standards
- Work closely with the kitchen management team to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant management experience required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience managing a high-volume bar and dining room preferred
- Ability to lead by example and work alongside the team
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Nights, weekends, and holidays are required
- Valid BASSET certification (or ability to obtain)
