Hours: Fri - Mon 2pm - 12:30am
Location: 800 W. Olympic Bld, Los Angeles CA
Overview of Work Environment/Client Nuances: Production lot - 23 buildings/stages/warehouses/office buildings. There will be client interaction so excellent customer service skills are necessary. Team Overview: working as part of a team. Resource's typical working day: Assigned daily work orders. Plumbing. Basic electrical work. Painting/patching. Carpentry work. General maintenance.
Licenses/Certifications: Any applicable certifications are preferred.
Must Have Skills: Plumbing skills. Basic electrical work skills. Painting/patching skills. Carpentry work skills. General maintenance skills. Troubleshooting skills. Good communication skills.
Nice to have skills: HVAC experience. Any advanced maintenance skills.
Years of Experience: 5-10 years
Education: H.S. Diploma and Trade School highly preferred. Software skills: Computer and tablet skills.
Interview Process: Parking notes: 1st round in-person with site manager, 2nd round in-person if needed.
