Litigation Attorney

Vindex Privatus, PLLC is a Florida litigation firm building out its Central Florida practice. We represent consumers and plaintiffs in civil litigation - breach of contract, fraud and FDUTPA, consumer protection (FCRA, FDCPA, TCPA, FCCPA), premises liability, personal injury and insurance bad faith - and we defend individuals and small businesses in civil matters. We are hiring our first litigation attorney based in Orlando. This is a build role, not a seat-filler: you will carry your own docket and help establish the firm's presence in Orange, Osceola, Seminole and surrounding counties. What you'll do Carry an active docket of civil litigation matters from intake through resolution Draft and argue motions; take and defend depositions; handle hearings and mediations Manage discovery end to end - propounding, responding, and enforcing Appear in Central Florida circuit and county courts, and in the Middle District of Florida Work directly with the firm's founder on case strategy and client counseling What we're looking for Member in good standing of The Florida Bar [3-6] years of civil litigation experience, plaintiff- or defense-side Demonstrated first-chair or second-chair hearing and deposition experience Comfortable owning a docket with real autonomy and real accountability Resident of, or relocating to, the Greater Orlando area A plus, not required Admission to the Middle District of Florida Consumer protection, FDUTPA or insurance experience Spanish fluency Compensation and benefits $105,000.00 commensurate with experience 30% Full benefits Vindex Privatus, PLLC is an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr Vindex Privatus, PLLC
