Real Estate Litigation Attorney

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Litigation Attorney with 1–4 years of experience handling real estate and civil litigation matters. The ideal candidate will manage all phases of litigation, including case evaluation, pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and court appearances. This role offers an opportunity to work on complex real estate disputes while collaborating with experienced attorneys in a fast-paced and professional environment. :Handle real estate litigation matters from inception through resolution .Draft and review pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, and other litigation-related documents .Conduct legal research and develop case strategies .Manage all aspects of discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery requests .Take and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts .Represent clients in state and federal court proceedings, hearings, and mediations .Analyze legal issues and provide practical recommendations to clients and senior attorneys .Maintain organized case files and ensure compliance with court deadlines and procedural requirements .Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and other stakeholders .Manage multiple litigation matters simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism .Work independently with minimal supervision while contributing to a collaborative legal team #J-18808-Ljbffr
