Manager, HCC Risk Management - Joints, Digital/Communications

Responsibilities Executing centralized compliance risk management operations for Joints, Digital & Commercial Excellence and Government Contract Compliance (GCC). Monitoring, TPI due diligence, KPIs for Operational Excellence, and other risk management activities. Assessing the effectiveness of compliance controls and collaborating across the HCC organization. Preparing consolidated monitoring summaries and contributing to periodic reporting for regional Compliance leadership. Managing Third party intermediary due diligence and red flag management. Identifying patterns, themes, and emerging risks across monitoring and other outputs. Providing compliance KPIs, metrics and insights that drive strategic decision making. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, Finance, life sciences, law, or related field. 4–7 years experience in compliance, audit, risk management, or monitoring. Proven ability to analyze and interpret transactional data. Working knowledge of U.S. healthcare laws and regulations (e.g., Anti ‑ Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), etc.). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret risk factors and make well-reasoned decisions. Ability to simplify complex data into executive-ready insights. Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and ability to identify trends or anomalies. Preferred: Experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences industries. Preferred: Exposure to Orthopedics, Joints, Digital & Commercial Excellence. Preferred: Experience supporting compliance monitoring, TPI due diligence, audit, investigations, or other risk management areas. Preferred: Familiarity with industry codes such as AdvaMed.
