Marketing Coordinator

Marketing CoordinatorOur growing partner, a leading commercial real estate firm, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to provide marketing, research, brokerage, and administrative support to a busy brokerage team. This role will coordinate client deliverables, develop property marketing collateral, and assist with the execution of marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while working effectively with brokers, marketing leadership, vendors, and outside partners.Responsibilities:Provide high-level administrative and marketing support to a team of commercial real estate brokersManage and prioritize incoming marketing requests from brokers and marketing leadershipAssist in creating presentation materials and marketing collateral, including flyers, maps, leasing proposals, BOVs, market surveys, tour books, and social media contentCoordinate property tour packages and client deliverablesCollaborate on the creation and editing of presentations, proposals, and research projectsAssist with special projects, including research assignments, advertising campaigns, and business development initiativesCoordinate with outside brokerage firms and vendors to complete marketing-related projectsCoordinate property photography, drone footage, and other marketing servicesMaintain accurate property listings across multiple platformsProcess invoices and assist with deal entry and tracking through the company's CRM systemCommunicate professionally with brokers, clients, vendors, and other business partnersQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field2+ years of marketing experience; commercial real estate experience preferredProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and WordModerate knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, or Creative SuiteStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects with minimal directionMeticulous attention to detail and accuracyPhotography, video editing, graphic design, or other creative skills a plusExperience with Salesforce or another CRM system a plusAbility to work onsite Monday–Friday in downtown Birmingham, ALPangeaTwo's goal is to ensure that each recruitment opportunity yields rewarding dividends for both candidates and clients.
