Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – PRN
Langdon Place of Keene
Keene, NH
$35–$40/hour

We are seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team. This flexible opportunity is ideal for clinicians looking to supplement their schedule while helping residents improve mobility and functional independence.

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Assist residents with therapeutic exercises, gait training, transfer training, balance activities, and mobility programs
• Carry out individualized treatment plans designed to achieve resident goals
• Monitor resident progress and communicate updates to the supervising PT
• Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary team members to provide coordinated care
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications:

• Active New Hampshire Physical Therapist Assistant license required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
