This role will partner with leadership to provide financial insights, evaluate profitability and margins, improve forecasting, and support strategic business decisions. The position also manages and develops a Commercial Financial Analyst.Job ResponsibilitiesLead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance analysisDevelop financial models to support business planning, investments, and growth initiativesAnalyze profitability, product costs, customer performance, and product marginsEvaluate revenue and margin trends and identify opportunities for profitable growthPerform actual vs. plan and prior-year analysis and explain key financial variancesComplete price, volume, and mix analysis as part of month-end reportingPrepare financial reports, dashboards, KPIs, and executive-level presentationsDevelop annual operating plans and rolling forecasts, including 3+9, 6+6, and 9+3 forecastsManage and develop a Commercial Financial AnalystSupport scenario planning, M&A activities, and other strategic financial projectsMaintain financial and ERP data integrity and support improvements to FP&A, reporting, and visualization toolsPartner with Finance, Commercial, Marketing, Procurement, and executive leadershipRequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldTravel: Up to 10%6+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience with a strong FP&A focusStrong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and profitability analysis experienceAdvanced Excel and financial reporting skillsExperience analyzing margins, revenue trends, financial statements, and business performanceStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skillsAbility to effectively partner with and influence stakeholders across the organizationLeadership or team development experiencePreferred QualificationsCPA, CMA, or MBAPrivate equity environment experienceM&A due diligence or integration analysis experienceExperience with Sage, NetSuite, SAP, or similar ERP systemsExperience with Hyperion, SAP BPC, OneStream, or similar EPM/planning systemsExperience improving FP&A tools, reporting systems, or data visualization platformsProject management experience HiFyve
