Position Overview

The Events & Promotions Assistant plays a key role in supporting the execution of promotional events, trade shows, and marketing campaigns. This position helps ensure every event runs smoothly while representing our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Support & Execution

• Assist with the execution of promotional events, trade shows, and marketing campaigns.
• Support event logistics and day-of-event operations.
• Help set up, organize, and break down event displays and promotional materials.
• Monitor inventory of event supplies, displays, and marketing materials.
• Track event timelines and expenses.
• Represent the company at trade shows, community events, and promotional campaigns.
• Help ensure each event delivers an exceptional customer experience and meets company objectives.

Teamwork & Communication

• Collaborate with management and team members to execute successful events.
• Maintain clear and effective communication before, during, and after events.
• Document meeting notes, action items, and project updates.
• Assist with onboarding and training new team members.
• Share ideas and feedback to improve marketing initiatives and event performance.

Education
