Schedule Three 10-hour weekday shifts One 6-hour Saturday shift Consistent weekly schedule Responsibilities Serve as the Pharmacist in Charge and oversee daily pharmacy operations. Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations. Verify prescriptions and accurately dispense medications. Counsel patients on medications and answer clinical questions. Build lasting relationships by delivering exceptional customer service. Collaborate with pharmacy staff to maintain an efficient, welcoming environment. Help oversee workflow, inventory, and daily pharmacy operations. Qualifications Active New Jersey Registered Pharmacist license required. Minimum of 3 years of pharmacist experience. Previous leadership or Pharmacist in Charge experience is preferred but not required. Strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
