Bilingual HR Generalist: People, Training & Compliance

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Bilingual HR Generalist in Cincinnati, Ohio. The role coordinates employee relations, training, onboarding, and compliance with federal and state laws while supporting recruitment, retention, and performance management. Qualified candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and 2–4 years of HR Generalist experience and are bilingual in English and Spanish.
