The Impact You’ll Make We are looking for an Operations Coordinator who is organized, personable, and proactive—a person who genuinely enjoys being a resource for the people around them. This role is the connective tissue of our facility: you will be the first face visitors see, the go‑to person for team members with questions, and the backbone of our onboarding, training, and compliance processes. What You’ll Be Responsible For Facility & Visitor Experience Serve as the primary point of contact for all facility visitors — welcome guests, ensure the conference room is prepared, and coordinate logistics with the CEO’s office for farm tours Coordinate all on‑site events including external visits, HR events, and team gatherings Stock and maintain break rooms, restrooms, and office supplies; order supplies for operations and other departments as needed Manage key card access—create and maintain temporary keycards and the sign‑in/out log Onboarding & Training Lead Safety Orientation training every Monday for new hires; conduct additional safety training for new temps on Tuesdays and Thursdays as needed Add new team members to internal platforms (Alchemy, MS Teams); create name tags and assign to job boards Track and update training completions, position changes, and deactivations in Alchemy Maintain and distribute safety training records; send reminders for monthly training topics Assist with Train the Trainer workshops and group trainings as needed Operations Support & Data Management Check ADP daily for missing punches, job code errors, and schedule discrepancies; update the labor report using ADP, temp agency data, GrowOps, and PowerBI Update attendance tracking and the digital Downtime Log for Packout Input TOMRA reject pounds and maintain the Transplant Exceptions log (Daily TTA, Transplant Exceptions, TTA Issue Log) Scan and email invoices to AP; act as the liaison for temp agencies on scheduling, conversions, and timecard corrections Maintain and restock logs and forms for Farm and Pack operations Leverage AI tools to reduce manual data entry—experience with or interest in learning AI‑assisted workflows is expected in this role What You Bring Strong communicator who is comfortable being the face of the office—approachable, professional, and reliable Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously without dropping details Comfortable with technology—experience with Microsoft Office, Teams, ADP, or similar platforms preferred Genuine interest in AI tools and a willingness to learn how to apply them to reduce manual workflows Self‑starter who does not need to be told what needs to be done twice Experience in operations, administrative coordination, HR support, or a similar role is a plus—but the right person with the right mindset will be considered regardless of background Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required Working at 80 Acres Farms Medical, dental, and vision insurance starting day one At least 2 weeks of paid vacation, plus a minimum of 40 hours of paid sick time 10 paid holidays Paid parental leave 401(k) with up to a 4% company match Company‑paid life insurance Short‑term and long‑term disability coverage Paid time off, sick time, and leave benefits are offered in accordance with state and local laws and may vary depending on where you work.
