This role leads overall financial reporting, forecasting, and change management while serving as the primary authority on contract administration and risk management.The major duties of the Project Controls Manager are:Financial & Commercial Oversight: Manage total project financials - including budgeting, monthly/quarterly forecasting, cash flow, billings, labor/equipment cost monitoring, and processing payments for both clients and subcontractors.Change Management & Dispute Resolution: Lead the full change management lifecycle (tracking, pricing, negotiating, and reporting change events) while managing risk, resolving disputes, and advising the team on commercial matters.Stakeholder & Operational Liaison: Build strong relationships across internal home office departments, field operations, and external project stakeholders, while directing formal projcet close-out.Administration & Controls: Oversee core project controls and administration, including scheduling, document control, quantity reporting, record keeping, and full adherence to company policies and procedures.Compliance & Reporting: Ensure strict compliance and accurate reporting for state prevailing wage laws, as well as D/M/WBE outreach and diversity program requirements.Project Controls Manager Required Qualifications:5+ years of heavy construction experience including client coordination, finance, scheduling, cost control, contract administration, and construction/engineering resolutionBachelor of Science degree in Construction, Business, or Engineering or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience.Our Investment in you:We believe that Benefits should connect you to the support you need when it matters most, and should help you care for those who matter most.
