Mechanical Piping Estimator

Louisville, KY (Relocation considered from Indianapolis, Cincinnati, and Nashville) I'm working with a well-established employee-owned mechanical contractor that's looking to add a Mechanical Piping Estimator to their growing preconstruction team. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience estimating commercial mechanical piping (wet-side HVAC/plumbing systems) who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and wants long-term growth. What You'll Be Doing Prepare estimates for commercial mechanical piping projects Perform quantity takeoffs Review drawings and project specifications Work on multiple bids at once (typically 2-3 active projects) Attend occasional pre-bid site walks Collaborate with project managers and the preconstruction team throughout the estimating process What They're Looking For 2+ years of mechanical estimating experience Commercial mechanical piping/wet-side HVAC experience Strong takeoff and plan reading skills Experience reviewing drawings and specifications Microsoft Office (Excel & Word) Bonus Points For: Trimble AutoBid Plumbing or mechanical field background Why This Opportunity?
