See additional details below. Pharmacy Technician Highlights The pay for this position is $20.00 per hour. Schedule:Monday–Friday,9:00 AM–5:00 PM(occasional weekend coverage may be required; hours adjusted when possible) Onsiteposition (Pittsburgh, PA 15275) This position is aTemporary (W2)assignment 40 hours/week Responsibilities Assist with thepreparation and distribution of prescription drug productsusing a fulfillment system. Process prescription exceptions (includingclaim rejections, member outreach, and physician outreach as needed). Enter member demographics and prescription data into the processing system. Research and resolverejected insurance billingand escalated member issues. Escalate prescription interpretation questions to aPharmacistand follow direction on processing. Supportinbound/outbound callswith patients or prescribers as needed. Perform additional duties as assigned. Requirements High School Diploma/GED 2–4 yearsof Pharmacy Technician experience (at least1–2 yearsstrongly preferred) Current Pennsylvania Pharmacy registration and certificationas required by the state Basic computer skills and comfort working in pharmacy systems Ability to work in an onsite, production/fulfillment environment Benefits Available Benefits are available to full-time employees after90 daysof employment.
