Business Process Analyst W/Secret Clearance

Responsibilities & Qualifications

We are seeking a Business Process Analyst to join our TekSynap Defense team.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience

• Five (5) years relevant experience.

• Demonstrated experience supporting government agencies, customers, or contracts within federal environments. This includes the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), Federal Civil agencies, and military organizations. Prior experience supporting the same or similar contract, with an in-depth understanding of the customer environment, requirements, and operational landscape, is highly desirable.

Certifications

• Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority (e.g., Security+)

Clearance

• Secret

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide advanced technical expertise and perform in-depth analysis of specialized applications and complex operating environments.

• Deliver comprehensive systems analysis, design support, integration assistance, and documentation guidance for highly complex challenges.

• Advise on system solution design and deployment to ensure alignment with mission objectives and business requirements.

• Contribute across all phases of the software development lifecycle, including planning, requirements analysis, testing, integration, documentation, and presentations.

• Identify opportunities for process optimization and recommend technology enhancements to support continuous improvement initiatives.

WAGE INFORMATION

Target salary range:?$85,000 - $125,000.?The salary range displayed is an estimate and will be determined based on several factors, including the individual's combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract parameters and organizational requirements. The listed salary represents one component of the total compensation package for employees.
