Work From Home Outreach Agent/ Medical Chart Retrieval Agent

$16.00/Hour | Remote | Texas Residents Only

Equipment Provided | Start Date: October 12, 2026

Are you motivated by goals, quotas, and performance metrics? Do you have experience in collections, outbound calling, appointment scheduling, or a high-volume call center environment?

We're hiring Remote Outreach Agents to make high-volume outbound calls to healthcare provider offices, obtain medical records, and meet daily performance and productivity goals in a fast-paced environment. This position is ideal for candidates who are comfortable spending most of the day on the phone and are motivated by achieving measurable results.

What You'll Do

Make and receive a high volume of calls throughout the day
Request and obtain information from provider offices
Document call outcomes accurately
Follow up on outstanding requests
Meet hourly and daily productivity goals
Work efficiently in a structured, metrics-driven environment

Schedule

Monday-Friday
8:00 AM-4:30 PM CST
No absences permitted during training

Pay

$16.00 per hour
Weekly pay

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Typing speed of at least 20 WPM
Strong computer skills
Ability to pass background and drug screening
Ability to meet productivity and quality expectations
