We are seeking an RN Charge Nurse . The role of the Charge Nurse is to supervise the activities of the direct care staff, promoting the highest quality of nursing services. The Charge Nurse will help ensure fulfillment of plans of care according to MVH quality standards. Shift 36 hours per week, 7pm-7am shifts, every other weekend Join our team of career minded healthcare professionals, and be part of the change in the delivery of long-term care for our Veterans, their spouses, and Gold Star Parents. Requirements Current Maine RN license in good standing Collaborative work style Excellent observational skills Excellent time management skills Commitment to achieving excellence Passion for continuous improvement Requires proficiency in spoken and written English. Ability to understand and respond to residents’ needs and inquiries in English is required. Ability to effectively understand and communicate verbally and in writing, in English, is required.
