Job Summary

A Production Control Coordinator opportunity is available in Titusville, FL within the aerospace and defense industry. This temp-to-hire role is ideal for a detail-oriented production, inventory, or materials coordination professional who enjoys supporting high-precision operations in a fast-paced aviation environment.

The Production Control Coordinator will help ensure production goals are met by coordinating materials, tracking inventory transactions, supporting production plans, and communicating priorities across departments. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with customer service, operations, production control, and supply chain teams in a collaborative environment where accuracy, accountability, and teamwork are valued.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily production control activities to support assigned production phases or operational functions.
- Communicate with internal departments regarding production priorities, work order status, material needs, and schedule requirements.
- Locate, issue, stage, and coordinate delivery of materials and inventory to appropriate production areas.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using computerized inventory systems and manual filing processes.
- Work with customer service, operations, production control, and supply chain teams to support induction and production planning.
- Assist with process improvement efforts and help resolve parts, component, equipment, and material flow issues.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $20 per hour.
