Our Enterprise Conversion Solutions (ECS) team specializes in converting high‑risk/secure financial data across formats. We are looking for an Implementation Coordinator who will liaise with customers, sales, programmers, vendors, project managers, consultants, and the internal ECS installation team to support pre‑ and post‑data conversion projects. The role involves providing project status, ensuring project plans are defined, followed, and completed successfully. The environment is Windows OS with extensive exposure to SQL databases, data security, and project management—a mix that requires juggling multiple projects and strong technical aptitude. Locations: Springfield, MO; Monett, MO; Birmingham, AL (hybrid). This is an hourly position with a pay range of $21‑$26/hr. All positions, regardless of location, may require an onsite interview or in‑person onboarding to verify your identity. Responsibilities Prepare customers for implementation, conduct readiness reviews, and ensure all setup steps are complete. Establish guidelines and time‑frames, ensure milestones are met, monitor all phases of the installation, and escalated issues when necessary. Interact with the project manager. Take responsibility and authority to ensure a successful installation. Troubleshoot issues once implementation is complete, document them, and ensure they are not repeated in subsequent conversions. May train installation team personnel or reinforce training to customers. May participate in new release activities. Identify items that are outside the scope of a standard installation and participate in project activities related to those items. Participate in sales turnover meetings to schedule and determine the scope of the project. Perform additional job duties as assigned. Requirements (Must Have) Minimum 18 months of experience in a technical field such as technical support, networking, PC tech, systems administration, application analyst, or application training. Ability to travel up to 5% for additional training at one of our Jack Henry office locations. Desired (Nice to Have) Bachelor’s degree. Experience with MS SharePoint. Experience in project coordination, project management or software implementation. Experience with general Windows networking. Entry to moderate experience with SQL databases. Entry to moderate understanding of virtual environments. Experience working in the financial industry. PMP certification. Why Jack Henry?
