Work Environment

Our modern rehabilitation center offers a positive and encouraging on-site work environment, fostering collaboration not only among dedicated Physical Therapists but also with Occupational Therapists and Speech-Language Pathologists. Days are structured Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional flexibility needed to accommodate our patients' needs and ensure seamless clinic operations. We've designed our facility to promote healing and recovery with state-of-the-art equipment, spacious treatment areas, and a supportive atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough patient assessments, focusing on optimizing mobility, strength, and functional abilities.
• Conduct one-on-one sessions with patients, guiding them through therapeutic exercises and tailored activities aimed at pain relief and rehabilitation.
• Educate patients and their families about proper body mechanics, exercise philosophies, and strategies for home care to accelerate recovery.
• Administer various therapeutic modalities (e.g., electrical stimulation, ultrasound, and heat/cold therapy) in adherence to established treatment protocols.
• Monitor and meticulously document patient progress, including assessing improvements in strength, range of motion, and functional capabilities, providing feedback for ongoing plan adjustments.
• Maintain an organized treatment area, ensuring all equipment is well-kept and ready for patient use.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to discuss patient cases and refine treatment approaches for optimal outcomes.
• Encourage patients emotionally through their rehabilitation journey by fostering a climate of trust and motivation.
• Adhere strictly to ethical guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• A valid state license or certification as a Physical Therapist in Florida.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
