Senior Program Manager

Responsibilities Lead cross‑functional programs from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with strategic goals Manage initiatives such as: New product introductions and operational readiness Manufacturing site consolidation and optimization ERP system conversion and integration Enterprise simplification and process harmonization Inventory reduction and working capital improvement Develop and maintain detailed program plans, budgets, KPIs, and risk mitigation strategies Provide executive‑level reporting and insights to senior leadership Team Enablement & Coaching Train and mentor global operations team members on project charter creation and scope definition Prioritization techniques and portfolio management Project management methodologies and tools Foster a culture of accountability, agility, and continuous improvement Build internal capabilities to scale project execution across the enterprise Qualifications 10+ years of experience in program management within manufacturing, operations, or supply‑chain environments Proven track record of leading enterprise‑level transformation initiatives Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and digital operations tools Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills Experience in coaching and developing cross‑functional teams PMP or equivalent certification preferred Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Hayward Holdings, Inc.
