This position is responsible for supervising maintenance staff, coordinating repairs and preventative maintenance programs, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and maintaining the overall condition and functionality of the property. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Supervise, train, and support maintenance team members. Plan, assign, and monitor daily maintenance work orders and projects. Oversee preventative maintenance programs for building systems, equipment, and facilities. Respond to and resolve maintenance issues in a timely and efficient manner. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, company policies, and safety procedures. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and services. Monitor inventory levels and order maintenance supplies and equipment as needed. Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance concerns. Assist with budgeting and cost control for maintenance operations. Maintain accurate records of work orders, inspections, and maintenance activities. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years of maintenance experience, with supervisory experience preferred. Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general building maintenance. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, if required.
