Warehouse Team Lead Manager Support

Position Description Warehouse Team Lead – Etna, Ohio. Offer weekly pay and benefits. Salary & Schedule Hourly Pay: $23.00 per hour Additional hourly pay: $1.00 when working 2nd shift Schedule: Second Shift, Monday - Friday 3:30 pm - 12:00 am Benefits On-the-job paid training Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) starting at 30 days Paid time off 401(k) company match 15% employee discount Employee discounts on tools, cars, hotels, electronics, cell phones, travel Safety gear provided Safety first State-of-the-art equipment and caring leadership Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred One year or more powered industrial truck experience preferred One year or more previous experience as Team Lead preferred Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) preferred One year or more previous warehouse experience preferred Knowledge and experience with an RF scanner (advanced required) Valid forklift operator's license Strong verbal and written communication skills Effective leadership skills Flexibility to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Works with minimal supervision Excellent organizational skills Proactive approach to responsibilities Maintains composure under pressure Works with health and safety methods Bilingual (for Quebec locations only) Responsibilities Lead and ensure continuous improvement efforts for optimal efficiency of operations. Perform warehouse functions: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, cycle counting. Allocate resources and organize/distribute daily work duties to team members. Inspire and guide team members toward improved KPI using appropriate leadership styles. Assist in orientation for employees and provide necessary technology and tools. Promote health and safety work methods within the warehouse. Handle day‑to‑day paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading). Complete and submit daily reports and propose action plans to enhance operations and service levels. Perform other duties as assigned.
