Corporate Sales manager

Job Overview We are looking for a strong, determined & charismatic candidate to join our Sales Department at our Holiday Inn. We are a full service hotel with 20,000 sq. feet of conference space. Responsibilities Responsible for maintaining & creating corporate, transient, and group sales accounts Required to conduct inside and outside sales calls Candidate Profile Enjoy meeting with clients with poise Negotiate with clients to achieve maximum profit while satisfying their needs Handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy Be able to work under pressure Have a strong interest in sales Maintain and exceed monthly goals Be adaptable to work hours as required Works closely with the front desk and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction Must have previous hotel sales experience with booking rooms and catering business Qualifications Bachelor's degree/Higher Education Qualification/Equivalent in Marketing or Related Field Previous hotel sales experience required.
