Part-Time Administrative Assistant

education: High School Responsibilities What You'll Be Doing: • Support daily office operations and administrative functions
• Manage calendars, schedules, and meeting coordination
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
• Assist with document preparation, reporting, and data entry
• Maintain organized records, files, and office documentation
• Coordinate communication between departments and leadership teams
• Assist with invoice processing, paperwork tracking, and general office support
• Help ensure projects and administrative tasks stay on track What Success Looks Like: ✔ You're the person everyone can count on to keep things organized
✔ Office operations run efficiently and smoothly
✔ Communication is clear, timely, and professional
✔ Leadership and operations teams have the support they need to stay productive What We're Looking For: • 2+ years of administrative, coordinator, office support, or customer service experience
• strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
