Details Cath Lab unit with Level I Trauma cardiac cases On-call required including weekdays and weekends Uses Epic EMR Requirements Active FL or compact RN license required Minimum two years of recent Cath Lab experience required EP experience required Level I Trauma cardiac cath lab experience required BLS and ACLS certification via AHA required Experience with procedural sedation administration/monitoring Experience with diagnostic right and left heart catheterization Experience with interventional cath procedures Skilled in interpretation and management of dysrhythmias Experience with pulmonary artery line/Swan Ganz monitoring Epic EMR experience required Degree from an accredited school required, or degree from an FBON-approved institution with two years of recent consecutive US acute care experience within the past 24 months Successful completion of Florida AHCA Level 2 background screening required, including fingerprint-based state and federal criminal history checks and abuse registry review Additional Information Responsible for circulating and, when qualified, scrubbing in for cardiac catheterization and EP procedures Smoke‑free facility Locals accepted within a 60‑mile radius at a lower rate Former Broward Health permanent employees must have been separated for at least one year before returning as a traveler Candidates from Operation Nightingale schools are not accepted Pass/fail EKG and basic arrhythmia competency testing required prior to starting first shift These details are based on information provided by the facility and may include inaccuracies or be subject to updates.
