At Sightline Commercial Solutions, we are driven to succeed through teamwork, collaboration, and creativity.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deliver competitive, accurate, and timely bid proposalsRepresent SCS core values in all client, vendor, and partner interactions to strengthen existing relationships and cultivate new business opportunitiesLead the comprehensive review of project requirements, specifications, and bid documents using established systems and processes during the pursuit of major opportunitiesIdentify, qualify, and develop new business opportunitiesManage and maintain the sales pipeline to ensure accurate forecasting and opportunity trackingExecute timely follow-up on new leads and respond proactively to incoming bid invitations and client inquiriesContribute innovative ideas and process improvements that support the company's culture of continuous improvement and operational excellencePrepare conceptual budgets, detailed cost estimates, and final project proposals for clients and stakeholdersCollaborate closely with project teams during project execution to support successful delivery and client satisfactionFacilitate seamless project handoff by ensuring clear communication, thorough documentation, and alignment between preconstruction and operations teamsProvide sales forecasting, reporting, and market insights to support strategic planning and marketing initiativesPerform additional responsibilities and special projects as assignedRequired QualificationsDegree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Business (relevant experience)5+ years of sales, preconstruction, and/or estimating experience within commercial constructionStrong knowledge of the commercial construction market, preferably glazing or ornamental metalAbility to travel up to 20% of the timeAbility to read and interpret architectural plans and specificationsStrong Microsoft Excel skillsAbility to prioritize activities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environmentSelf-starter who can work independentlyDemonstrated ability to develop and foster key relationships that promote company growthStrong interpersonal communication skillsCustomer-centricWhat We OfferComprehensive Benefits Package (medical, dental, vision, & prescription options)Paid Time Off (PTO)8 Paid Company Holidays401k & Roth with Competitive Company MatchAdoption AssistanceCompany-Paid Short-Term Disability InsuranceTuition & Professional Development ReimbursementBonus-eligibleSalary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
