Job Description
The Clinic Administrator plays a critical role in overseeing daily clinic operations to ensure efficient and compliant healthcare service delivery. Responsible for managing a small to medium administrative team, this position supports inpatient services and reports directly to the Medical Director or CEO. The Clinic Administrator drives staff coordination, enforces policies, and maintains exceptional patient relations within the facility.
Responsibilities
- Manage a small to medium administrative team (1-15 members)
- Ensure regulatory compliance and oversee policy implementation
- Coordinate patient scheduling and maintain smooth facility operations
- Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations
- Oversee data management and reporting activities
- Foster positive patient relations and address concerns promptly
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare administration
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
- Knowledge of healthcare management and medical office procedures
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements
- Strong skills in staff supervision, communication, and leadership
- Effective problem-solving and patient relations abilities
