We are looking for a Human Resources Administrator to help support that mission.**POSITION SUMMARY:**The Human Resources Admin is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with the HR Manager. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: Recruitment, Onboarding, Employee Relations, Training, Performance Management, Policy Implementation, Benefits Administration, and Employment Law compliance.**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**· Administer various human resource plans and procedures for company personnel.· Assist in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures.· Support recruitment efforts for all levels of staff.· Manage and support the onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.· Handle employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling, and exit interviewing.· Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.· Support the company in maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.· Assist in performance review processes and employee development initiatives.· Support benefits administration including enrollments, changes, and terminations.· Maintain HRIS records and compile reports from the database as needed.**BENEFITS*** Competitive Pay* Medical, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance* 401(k) with Company Match* Paid Time Off* Training & Professional Development* Positive and productive work environment## Qualifications* Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related fields.* 2–4 years of HR experience preferred.* Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.* Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.**Preferred Certifications:*** PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus**Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:*** Office environment with minimal travel for training or incident investigations.* May require extended hours during peak periods.* Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.* Must be able to lift 10 – 15 pounds at a time.This job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed.
