About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of FP&A to act as a strategic partner to the CFO, CEO, and executive team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial models across all U.S. manufacturing locations. This role involves providing core advisory support on domestic M&A, capital allocation, pricing strategies, and regional expansions, as well as presenting to the Board of Directors and executive committee. The VP of FP&A will also oversee operational finance, including multi-site profitability optimization, and be instrumental in systems transformation and data analytics, driving digital transformation and modernizing enterprise performance management platforms. Applicants must have a minimum of 12-15 years' of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years' in a VP or senior Director role within a $1B+ domestic manufacturing environment. A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or economics is required, with an MBA and/or CPA/CMA being highly preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in manufacturing cost accounting, dynamic financial modeling, and enterprise systems. They should also demonstrate the capacity and ambition to step into a CFO role, with exceptional executive presence and the ability to translate complex operational data into strategic direction for the C-suite and Board. Team development and leadership skills are essential, as the role involves building and mentoring a high-performing team.
