The Fabrication Supervisor will lead and manage medium-sized teams (6-15 members) to ensure efficient fabrication and construction operations. Focusing primarily on job shop projects, industrial facilities, stairs, railings, and commercial buildings, this role involves overseeing project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and personnel supervision. The position offers opportunities for advancement and cross-training within the company, promoting career growth and skill development.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule fabrication and construction projects
• Allocate resources effectively across projects
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Maintain high-quality standards aligned with original plans and specifications
• Interface with inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, officials, and clients
• Negotiate costs with contractors to ensure reasonable pricing

Required Qualifications

• Experience in construction management or related fields
• Familiarity with construction management software
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years in construction management
• Project scheduling and budget management expertise
• Experience in resource allocation and quality assurance
• Knowledge of welding and fabrication techniques
