QA Tester

We're looking for a remote QA tester to join our team and ensure our products and services are flawless and user-friendly.

What you'll do:

• Test digital products, platforms, and tools to identify bugs, inconsistencies, and usability issues.
• Develop, execute, and maintain detailed test plans and test cases based on project requirements.
• Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and project managers to understand functionalities and expected outcomes.
• Report and track issues clearly and efficiently using QA tools, following up to ensure timely resolutions.
• Participate in continuous improvement of QA processes and standards to enhance overall product quality.
• Help ensure our digital solutions provide seamless, accessible, and enjoyable experiences for the performing arts community.

Who you are:

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and a passion for quality assurance.
• Experienced in manual and/or automated testing, familiar with common QA methodologies and tools.
• Comfortable working remotely, communicating effectively with diverse, distributed teams.
• Curious and proactive, always eager to learn and improve both products and processes.
• Interested in or passionate about the performing arts and the impact of creative technology.
• Organized and able to manage multiple testing tasks and priorities in a timely manner.
