AVP Credit Underwriter - CRE/ Construction

JCW has partnered with a fast-growing regional bank in their search for a Credit Underwriter. The ideal candidate will have a strong credit background with experience underwriting CRE & construction deals (new and existing). This bank is well over $10 bil in assets and continue to expand their lending portfolio across the tristate area. If you’re interested in learning more about this opportunity, apply today! Responsibilities Will spearhead underwriting and credit risk analyses to support CRE & construction loan requests. Work closely with Lending Officers, ensuring timely and accurate financial data. Review comprehensive credit risks and mitigations in succinct credit proposals for approval authorities. Be actively a part of Credit Committee and other relevant meetings. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree with 4+ years of credit related experience within commercial credit or lending. Experience underwriting construction deals is a must! Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience using nCino and/ or Salesforce is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr JCW Group
