Litigation Paralegal (Hybrid) | Oakland, California LHH is assisting a top regional law firm in its search for an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its Oakland, California office. This hybrid opportunity is with a highly respected, full-service law firm that supports sophisticated commercial litigation matters across a broad range of industries. This position sits within a collaborative litigation team and offers the opportunity to work closely with attorneys on all phases of complex commercial disputes, including case management, discovery, trial preparation, and client service. About the Role The Litigation Paralegal will serve as a key contributor to the firm's litigation practice, partnering with attorneys and clients throughout the lifecycle of active matters. Responsibilities include: Supporting complex commercial litigation matters from inception through trial Managing case files, evidence collections, and electronic databases Coordinating document review, coding, organization, and productions Drafting pleadings, discovery requests, responses, and court filings for attorney review Conducting legal and factual research regarding cases, witnesses, experts, and court procedures Preparing trial materials, exhibits, witness files, and related litigation documents Communicating with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and third-party vendors Managing state and federal electronic court filings and related deadlines Assisting with eDiscovery processes and litigation technology platforms This role offers a combination of sophisticated litigation work and a supportive, team-oriented environment.
