As a Neighborhood Marketing Representative, you'll work outdoors, meet new people every day, and help homeowners schedule free painting estimates for our team.

You're not selling paint jobs—you're simply starting conversations and setting appointments.

Typical Earnings

During training: Around $500-$800 per week

After training: $800-$1,200+ per week is common for team members who consistently follow our proven process.

Top performers earn even more (we have many making $1500+ a week).

What You'll Do

Talk with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods
Schedule free painting estimates for our sales team
Represent Midway Painting professionally
Place neighborhood yard signs
Track appointments using our mobile app

What You'll Need

A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Your own vehicle to get to different areas
The ability to comfortably walk 3+ miles per day
The ability to work independently and stay self-motivated
A smartphone for using our mobile app

Independent Contractor (1099) Position

No marketing, canvassing, or sales experience is required. If you're dependable, friendly, and enjoy being active, we'll teach you everything you need to succeed.
