Pay, Schedule, and Location Starting at $22/hour Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision Full time schedule Located in Brighton, Colorado Duties and Responsibilities Provide Accounting Analyst Supervisor with daily volume, weekly reports, and monthly reports. Oversee that the purchase order procedure is followed by the DC Complete the 3-way matching verification for payment process of invoices Order office products for DC and become the main contact for these vendors Facilitate the standardization of all DC’s operational reports to be in line with WCD, Inc Administrative Office directives Review staffing agency invoices Work directly with Accounting Analyst Supervisor, Operations Administrative Manager, and All levels of DC Management Extensive data entry projects Payroll experience needed. (Paychex software) Other duties as assigned Requirements and Qualifications 2 year experience with accounting or economics background Some college courses in Accounting or Economics or equivalent preferred Strong computer skills required; excellent with Excel and all Microsoft automation Must be able to interact with all levels of management and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to manage and lead a diverse workforce.
