Packaging Associate

Responsibilities for a Packaging Associate include but are not limited to:

• Package cuffs and final assembly materials coming from the production line according to work instructions and quality standards.

• Package, label, and prepare medical device components and assemblies for shipment while ensuring product protection and accuracy.

• Stack and organize boxes on pallets for storage and shipping in accordance with SOPs and safety requirements.

• Maintain inventory levels at assigned workstations and replenish materials as needed to support production.

• Identify and report defects, material discrepancies, and non-conformities to team leaders while maintaining accurate documentation.

• Follow GMP, SOP, quality, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance with Baxter standards.

• Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives, Kaizen events, and continuous improvement activities.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following EHS and 6S standards.

Candidates for Packaging Associate must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Ability to read and understand work instructions, part specifications, labels, and assembly documentation.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform visual inspections and identify product defects.

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment and communicate clearly with supervisors and team members.

• Basic problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new processes, technologies, and production requirements.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.

• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and perform frequent lifting, carrying, bending, reaching, and walking.

• Steel toe shoes required.

• Shift: 2nd Shift: 2:55 PM - 11:25 PM (Monday - Friday)

Pay Details: $21.40 per hour
