Key Responsibilities Perform daily bookkeeping tasks including data entry, bank reconciliations, and accounts payable/receivable processing.Assist with financial reporting by compiling data and preparing basic financial statements for management review.Maintain organized financial records using our secure cloud-based accounting software and ensure accurate filing of documents.Process invoices and expense reports in a timely manner, verifying accuracy before submission.Communicate with clients and vendors to resolve discrepancies and answer basic accounting inquiries.Support the senior accounting team with month-end close tasks and special projects as assigned.Technical Requirements High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is a plus.Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors in numbers and data.Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) or Google Workspace.Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.Willingness to learn new accounting software and industry best practices quickly.Professional demeanor and strong communication skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr Metro Bookkeeping Services
