Staffing is one of the fastest-growing industries in the US and we are a construction staffing company looking for an aggressive professional person looking to learn a long and rewarding career. With our growth, we're seeking a Bilingual Recruiter for our Piedmont, SC location.

ProForce specializes in providing skilled trades to commercial and industrial contractors. Responsibilities will be overseeing the team, customer retention, marketing, recruiting, sales, and increasing branch revenue and team building. We are looking for someone that is responsible but is not limited to hiring staff and heading the onboarding and staff training process, building relationships with new customers, and creating and implementing strategies to improve productivity and sales performance in efforts to achieve the targets of the branch.

• Word and Excel as well as computer experience
• Up-beat and self-starter with a POSITIVE attitude
• Must be able to make cold calls as well as establish a relationship with long-term and new clients
• Have great customer service abilities
• Professional in appearance and attitude

Construction industry background a plus
