Starting Salary: $40,000 – $47,500 /per year

PrideStaff - Greenville is seeking an energetic, highly motivated, and process-driven Recruiting Specialist to join our team on-site at our Greenville branch.

In this high-visibility role, you will connect with local job seekers, build lasting relationships with business clients, and proactively source candidates across the Upstate SC area. Recruiting Specialist Primary Responsibilities include:

Your main responsibility is the proactive sourcing, interviewing, and placement of local talent, delivering exceptional service and candidate experiences.

• High-Urgency Talent Sourcing: Utilize creative recruiting strategies, job boards, and networking tools to build and maintain a healthy, active candidate pipeline.
• Full-Cycle Candidate Management: Screen resumes, conduct engaging interviews, perform reference checks, and extend competitive job offers.
• Onboarding & ATS Administration: Oversee the hiring process, guide candidates through onboarding, and maintain real-time candidate records using Talent Management Systems (Bullhorn).
• Client & Candidate Communication: Collaborate with client hiring managers to build staffing plans, clarify job specs, and regularly contact current/past clients regarding available talent and upcoming labor needs.
• Salary Offer & Market Alignment: Assist in developing job specifications, making salary recommendations, and facilitating offer details between management and candidates.
• Community Engagement: Represent PrideStaff at local job fairs, community events, and college recruiting activities.

Recruiting Specialist Requirements include:

• Proven Career Longevity: Demonstrated history of strong employment stability, with 3+ years of continuous tenure at previous employers.
• Required Experience: 2+ years of customer-facing administrative or call center experience required. (Prior recruiting or staffing experience is welcomed, but not required!).
• Key Personality Traits: Energetic, welcoming personality with a natural smile, combined with high tenacity, resilience, and a relentless sense of urgency.
• Software Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products; experience with Bullhorn ATS or similar CRM/database systems is a plus.
• Communication & Collaboration: Outstanding verbal/written communication skills with the ability to thrive both independently and in a close-knit team environment.
• Discretion & Ethics: Must maintain 100% confidentiality, display flawless discretion, and protect candidate/client privacy at all times.
