The ideal candidate will be expected to achieve staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating candidates, informing managers, and managing recruiting efforts for certain sites.Execute full cycle recruiting processes, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for various level roles within the organizationConduct strategy meetings with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.Evaluate candidates throughout the recruitment process, including resume review, screening, and interviews, to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.Develop new strategies and programs to attract candidatesPromote an employment brand, and market jobs to increase company value, promote a continuous improvement culture, and attract employees who have the desire to provide an Unmatched Customer ExperienceWork closely and build strong working relationships with hiring managers and leaders across the organization to understand current and future needsBuild a candidate pipeline for key positions and maintain regular contact with possible future candidatesStay current on recruiting and hiring trends and external data points to influence key stakeholders on sourcing, candidate selection, compensation benchmarking, job titles, and content of job descriptionsInterface regularly with hiring managers, applicants, and new employeesManage additional recruitment projects as neededQualifications and Competencies:Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field preferredMinimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally specializing in engineering, corporate, or sales rolesStrong grasp of technology, technical roles, and related skill setsThorough knowledge of recruiting strategies, industry best practices, and relevant employment laws at the federal, state, and local levelsSkilled in both verbal and written communicationExcellent interpersonal abilities and a customer-focused approachHighly organized with keen attention to detailEffective at managing time and prioritizing tasks to consistently meet deadlinesDemonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrityYou'll thrive at IPS if you…• Lead with integrity and prioritize safety.
