We are looking for a highly motivated Family Law Attorney with a minimum of five years' experience who can manage a full caseload independently and brings a positive, supportive attitude to both clients and colleagues.

We are based in The Woodlands, Texas, and primarily handle cases out of Harris and Montgomery County, focusing on Family Law.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school and admission to the Texas Bar. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in family law. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment. • Willingness to network and grow contacts and referral sources. • Genuine interest in Family Law and a strong commitment to client advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in family law matters including divorce, custody, modifications, enforcements, child support disputes, and more. • Handle all aspects of assigned cases, including pre-litigation matters, court appearances, mediations, and trial. • Independently manage a full caseload, including working knowledge of discovery. • Provide clients with empathetic, professional guidance throughout the legal process, taking a holistic approach and connecting clients with resources for moving forward after case resolution. • Collaborate with other members of the firm and step in to support the team whenever needed.
