ACCOUNTS PAYABLE/ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE CLERK

Quality Auto Group is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in Greenwood, SC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely processing of payments and invoices. This role requires strong communication skills and a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices
- Prepare and issue payments to vendors and suppliers in a timely manner
- Manage accounts receivable by generating invoices, tracking payments, and following up on overdue accounts
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies to maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with month-end
- Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents
- High school diploma
- Previous experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or bookkeeping preferred
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Competitive hourly wage of $15.00 - $20.00 based on experience
