Our organization is in search of a dedicated RN Clinical Coordinator to take on a leadership role within the Operating Room. This position is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities in the OR while prioritizing safe and evidence-based perioperative care.

• Coordinate daily operations within the Operating Room.
• Ensure the delivery of safe, evidence-based perioperative care.
• Support and collaborate with surgeons and anesthesia providers.
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff in the OR.
• Oversee scheduling and workflow management.
• Manage supplies and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Promote initiatives focused on quality, safety, and enhancing patient experiences.
• Engage in cross-departmental collaboration.
• Participate in staff education and performance improvement efforts.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and clinical excellence.

• Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Experience in perioperative nursing preferred.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and safety standards.
