You will join this high-caliber team as a Technical Development Manager who will work with our clients to implement software-based solutions to fit their needs.

About the Job:

Our client is looking for a Product Manager/Analyst who has the drive to address complexity in their fast paced environment. As a Product Analyst focused on NetSuite deployment, you will be responsible for working alongside both business analysts as well as developers to review business requirements documentation, create technical requirements documentation, and execute the plan.

About You: You must bring strong analytic skills (SQL and Python), along with a broad knowledge of deploying and integrating ERP's into complex environments. You will be engaged throughout the entire life-cycle of NetSuite, and be comfortable communicating and collaborating with all stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

· Guide the implementation of NetSuite ERP

· Serve as the SME in the process

· Provide day-to-day coordination, execution and quality assurance for projects and tasks

· Contribute to and recommend internal and external process improvements

· Report on project progress to stakeholders, requesters, and program managers

· Track and ensure resolution of technical issues

· Provide user support on an ongoing basis as necessary

Ideal Job Qualifications:

· 5+ years working with NetSuite

· iPaaS cloud based solution experience

· Experience working with Supply Chain logistics is a huge bonus!

· Proven experience working with Financial ERP solutions

· 2+ years' experience in technical product management

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and confidence as a SME in ERP implementations

· Familiarity with going through auditing processes

· Highly organized, critical attention to details, as well as good time and task management

· Familiarity with JIRA workflow management system, a plus

· Experience doing technical feasibility studies as well as translating business requirements into technical specification documents

· Ability to analyze data feeds from outside sources. Amazon data experience is a huge bonus
