This position is also eligible for incentive pay based on performance.Aaron's Sales Managers are crucial to the customer service experience in our stores. Among other essential duties, you will generate leads, close lease agreements, process renewal payments and physically handle merchandise to ensure our showroom floors are well maintained, priced and merchandised within our standards.The hourly rate and eligibility for performance-based incentive pay are just part of our total compensation package for team members. Requires a valid state driver's license and compliance with the Company's Driver Qualification Policy, including satisfactory MVR (driving record). Must be able to be DOT certified, if required in location of position. Able to work a schedule of hours varying from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm. Able to lift up to 50 lbs. on your own and up to 300 lbs. assisted with appropriate equipment and/or another associate.Retail/customer service management experience. High School diploma, GED or equivalent. High energy with the ability to effectively perform all functions of the store. Proper telephone etiquette. Maintain a professional appearance.
