Day-to-Day Responsibilities Investment Systems & Data Infrastructure Support and maintain investment tracking systems, databases, and dashboards Ensure accuracy and consistency of deal, portfolio, and performance data Help improve data workflows across sourcing, diligence, portfolio monitoring, and exits Reporting & Analytics Enablement Assist with recurring investment and portfolio reporting for internal teams and stakeholders Support KPI dashboards, performance summaries, and data visualizations Translate raw investment data into clear, structured outputs Process & Workflow Support Help document, standardize, and optimize investment-related processes Support investment committee workflows, including materials preparation and data validation Assist in improving tools used for diligence tracking and decision documentation Maintain portfolio company data, operating metrics, and financial inputs Support analysis related to follow-on investments, capital events, and exits Coordinate with investment and finance teams to ensure data integrity Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with investment professionals, finance, operations, and external service providers Support implementation or enhancement of investment technology tools Serve as a bridge between analytical needs and operational execution What Makes This Work Engaging Exposure to the full lifecycle of investment activity without being siloed Hands-on experience with the systems and processes that drive investment firms Opportunity to improve how data and tools support better investment decisions Accelerated learning across investing, analytics, and operational strategy Ideal Candidate Profile This profile reflects competencies commonly sought for investment infrastructure and analytics roles.
