Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Case Manager to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care and develop plans using Interqual guidelines.
• Manage a case load of up to 20-22 patients.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams including Social Services.
• Perform admission reviews and discharge planning.
• Utilize Epic for computerized charting and documentation.
• Meet department needs by working at least two weekends in a four-week period.

Qualifications

• Valid California RN state license; pending licenses accepted.
• Minimum two years of acute care hospital inpatient case manager experience.
• Proficient with Interqual and Epic systems.
• Current acute hospital experience, please ensure recent role activity.
• Knowledge of admission criteria and discharge planning processes.
• Must have successfully completed specified background and reference checks.
