·         Lead and motivate a team of warehouse associates to meet productivity, accuracy, and safety goals

·         Communicate scheduling updates clearly and ensure adherence to the shipping schedule for on-time departures

·         Oversee truck loading operations, perform spot checks to verify order accuracy, and ensure correct packaging and labeling of shipments

·         Provide real-time direction and problem-solving support to team members to maintain operational flow while monitoring overtime

·         Adhere to and enforce all safety protocols and company policies, maintaining a clean and organized work environment and reporting incidents promptly

·         Maintain continuous communication with internal teams (Production, Shipping Clerk, Planner, Expeditor) and external partners to resolve issues and support seamless operations

·         Collaborate with the Shipping Clerk to ensure all documentation and truck information is accurately completed and posted in SAP

·         Ensure accurate and up-to-date shipping records, including Bills of Lading, packing lists, tracking numbers, photos, and other required documentation

·         Recommend and align continuous improvement initiatives with management to enhance operational efficiency

·         Responsible for end-of-shift close-out of the shipping department, including securing doors, storing forklifts, and connecting them to chargers

·         Maintains a safe, clean and orderly workstation. Sweeps work area and removes debris regularly throughout the shift

·         Operate Forklift Safety & effectively.

·         Scan, Load product neatly & securely in Trailer
